Terms and timing
Our equipment is designed and manufactured to high standards of quality and reliability, and has been tested by many customers over many years.
Free service extends to manufacturing defects.
The warranty for the electronics (which withstand different operating conditions under standard, regulated conditions) is 2 years.
Our system is designed in such a way that if the system is damaged during operation, it can be repaired on site.
Example of a situation:
- a child broke the coconut or the membrane was pressed through
- in the case of the system being moved, the base is broken
In other cases of damage, the system will need to be sent to us for repair.
